As the name implies, this resort offers the exuberant beauty of the Caribbean. The beach is full of large coconut palm trees, and the cozy rooms are located amidst the tropical jungle and the beautiful humid forest that surrounds the hotel. There are canals, rivers and a lagoon that flows into the ocean through a 6 km wide, navigable waterway, where a rich variety of birds, fish, monkeys, three-toe sloth and other wild life can be seen.
